We are flexible with this, but keep in mind we do not accept risky businesses or businesses where we suspect bankruptcy, illegal activity, fraud, etc. To prevent this we have an onboarding process where we scan your business and ask for certain information. If everything looks good, you are more than welcome. We are already hosting a big variety of businesses in different branches, from different countries. It’s not weird at all for a construction business (for example) to have an official address like this, because most of the jobs are on-site and otherwise people tend to have their business registration at their private living places.
Yes, our address is 100% suitable for official Chamber of Commerce registration and business use. Also, people tend to use our address to apply for banking products, TAX registration and other official documents. It is however the external institutions that decide eventually to accept a company or not, this also has to do ofcourse with lots of other factors where our business address doesn’t play a rol.
Google almost always accepts requests for this from our customers. However, we can never give 100% certainty about this, because Google also applies certain guidelines of their own for certain businesses. If you want to know more about this please contact us.
Yes absolutely! You can choose to pick-up your mail in person at our office in Groningen. We keep your mail in a locker and give you instructions how and when to pick it up. However, please keep in mind that for most people it takes longer to have access to your mail compared to the post-scan service. With the scan option you will almost directly have digital access and quicker information about the contents of your mail.
We handle your mail very confidentially. Letters arrive together in our building, after which we open and forward them for you (post-scan service) through our self-hosted cloud system. Here the letters will be stored for maximum of 90 days after which our system deletes them. We have a self-hosted solution for this, so that their are no third-party business involved in our systems. Only you and assigned Werkplek050 staff have access.
